Coaching in English

I'm a Finnish coach based in Turku, Finland. I also coach my clients in English. For conversational development methods I have a training of a Work counselor/supervisor for management and an NLP Master Coach.

I have coached and counselled mostly groups and individuals in team leader or management positions and also experts. In my coaching I use my knowledge and experience of Neuro Linguistic Programming a lot. I'm also an NLP Trainer and use NLP in human resources projects about tacit knowledge.
